MOCKED UP: WIZARDS STATEMENT EDITION
The Washington Wizards their new Statement Edition for the 2024-25 on June 20, 2024 via social media. We mocked up the new uniform on our ProLine Basketball Uniform Mockup template for Photoshop, as seen below. We also mocked up an alternate take (even further below). On the initial mockup, we threw on some pink/cherry blossom Kobe sneaks.

The Wizards initially teased a 2:02 AM release since 202 is the DC area code, then proceeded to post the following video (followed by multiple image tweets) on X:
OUR TAKE
Any time a new uniform releases, we’re always quick to mock up at least one alternate take on the design. Sometimes it’s a “this is what we would have done” approach while other times it’s just for good ol’ fun. While we do enjoy the initial design, we think our take is more vibrant and eye-catching. We used the slate blue from the early Wizards days as the base, then added multi-colored stripes rather than mono stripes. For this version we mocked up Kobes in matching colors.
